Return & Exchange Policy – Serovey
At Serovey, we aim to offer you a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return & Exchange Conditions

You must raise a return/exchange request within 3 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Defective or damaged products? Send us clear images when making the request.

Returns will not be accepted if the product is used, worn, or returned in poor condition.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Return Options

Reverse Pickup (if serviceable): We arrange a pickup.

We are a small company and every return costs us. Still, we would bear the charges of your first return. After your first return, you would be charged a flat fee of INR 200 in case of any future return.

Self-Return (if pickup not available):

Pack the item securely.

Clearly mention your Order ID and registered phone number on the parcel.

Send it via a reliable courier and share the tracking ID with us.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Step 3: Refund Processing

Once the product reaches us (usually within 6-7 days), we do a quality check in 24-48 hours.

If approved, we will refund the amount to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we will ask for your UPI or bank details to process the refund.
3. Important Notes

Do not accept delivery if the package is unsealed, damaged, or tampered with. Refuse it and contact us immediately.

If the returned product fails the quality check, no refund will be provided.

Only the item requested for return will be processed. Extra items sent won’t be accepted or returned.

If you receive a delivery notification but haven’t received the package, report it within 24 hours.

If you cancel a prepaid order after it’s dispatched, ₹100 will be deducted for return shipping.
4. Product Disclaimer

Colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen differences.

Handcrafted fabrics may have minor natural variations – these are not considered defects.

Please check the size guide before ordering. We don’t accept returns based on fit preferences.

Delivery timelines are estimated and might vary due to external factors.

Unauthorized returns (returns made without contacting us) will not be accepted or refunded.
5. Order Cancellation

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

If you refuse delivery, return shipping charges will be deducted.
